In this class, we covers the basics of how to do STOTT PILATES. We will cover the five basic principles of breathing, pelvic positioning, rib cage placement, scapula (shoulder) placement, and head and neck placement. We will also work towards completing the essential level Pilates matwork chart and use small props such as the stability ball or foam roller to increase spatial awareness and balance control. This class is ideal for someone who has little to no Pilates experience.
